Following the birth of my son in November of 2021, I spent a lot of time teaching myself the process of linocut, a form of printmaking much like block printing, where images are carved into wood, or linoleum in my case, and then transferred to paper or fabric with permanent inks. The process is extremely hands-on and allowed me to focus in and spend some time with myself. While I still periodically post some of these prints on Etsy, it is mostly a hobby that keeps my hands and mind busy. Here are a few images of the process as well as some finished pieces. Cheers!
